Information Collection and Use

For each visitor to our web site, our web server automatically recognizes the consumer's domain name and email address (where possible).

We collect the domain name and email address (where possible) of visitors to our web site, the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, aggregate information on which pages consumers access or visit, user-specific information on which pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations, name and address, telephone number, fax number, and payment information (e.g., credit card number and billing address).

We use cookies to record session information.

Upon request we provide site visitors with access to transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases) and contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them. We will not share information with other organizations, with the exception of information required to authorize and process online financial transactions.

Security

We employ servers located in a datacenter with access by bonded personnel only with a man trap system at the entrance of the datacenter as well as a locked cage around our servers within the datacenter for added security. Database access is only granted to employees who require it for updating or maintaining the data. All sensitive information such as passwords or credit card information is passed through a secure server using SSL encryption and, if stored locally, is encrypted in the database. Exporting of data is logged and monitored so it can be examined by our IT department as well as by our clients.

Opt Out/Unsubscribe Requests

Any and all emails sent by our mail servers have an unsubscribe link that is generated by our system. Unsubscribe requests can also be sent to the points of contact listed below. We will process all unsubscribe requests within 48 hours of receiving them.

Customers may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by calling us at the telephone number listed below.

Notification of Changes

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our Web site periodically.
